The aim of the course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills to achieve the AOFAQ Level 3Award in Education and Training. By the end of the course, learners will be able to:

Explain the role and responsibilities of a teacher; Describe the importance of inclusive teaching and learning; Select a variety of teaching and learning approaches to meet the needs of students; Devise a teaching and learning plan; Deliver a teaching session on a subject in your specialism; Explain the different types of assessment; the principles of assessment in education and training.
