CPDme have been working hard to create a solution that will meet the requirements of small, medium and large companies that need to monitor and manage the personal development of their staff. The team at CPDme have created a very simple user-friendly interface that allows managers/senior supervisors to quickly and easily identify individual members of staff to address and support their learning needs. The CPDme Staff Management Portal is designed to allow the mangers/supervisors to use our platform ensuring that they easily navigate our website and manage their staff securely online.
A recent demonstration at the Emergency Services Show 2012 in Coventry allowed our conference team to demonstrate this facility to over 50 private owned businesses and NHS trusts. The team also met some key officials from Fire & Rescue Services from around the UK also interested in using CPDme to manage Firefighters and their continuing professional development. The portal can be used to manage the CPD and online portfolios of Police, Fire and Ambulance Staff as well as other key health and social care workers.
The Online CPD Staff Management Portal can be customised and designed specifically to meet the needs of the individual and can be personalised with staff images, titles and job responsibilities.
