CPDme launch the NEW Help feature to support you in building and maintaining your CPD Portfolio
CPDme have launched the NEW HELP Feature that floats on every web page offering interactive support to our Members and Visitors.
Our Support team recently received a 98% rating in a recent members poll for the speed of our customer service replies. The management team decided that sometimes even 10 mins or 2 hours for a reply was too long and so the new Knowledge Base was designed.
The idea is that our support staff will scroll through the 1000s of questions that we have been asked since 2009 and add the unique and informative answers to the support forums. This allows people to benefit the answers from members previously asked questions.
Try it now. Simply click the HELP tab on the left or visit the support site and ask a question. If the answer is not listed, the Knowledge Base allows you to create a support ticket requesting one of our team look at your question personally.
