Introduction to webinar:
As one of the cohort of Advanced Paramedics with the North West Ambulance Service, Martin is regularly asked if a particular incident is major trauma or not. This webinar will describe the function of NWAS' trauma cell and how sometimes complex decisions on patient destination are reached.

Martin has been a registered paramedic since 2003. He is currently studying for his MSc Advanced Practice at Edge Hill University with his final project being on paediatric early warning scores. A husband and father of three, he is only allowed to make a decision at work.
